You'll be required to oversee the office administrator, making sure s/he is keeping eCirkit running smoothly. Your general purpose here is to make sure everything outside of the computers is working just as well as everything inside the computers. Your interpersonal skills need to be impeccable; you'll be working independently as well as with others. You must be very computer literate and conduct yourself in a professional manner. The eCirkit environment is a lighthearted one, but there's a time and place for everything.

Reception/Office Administrator

At eCirkit, your duties would typically entail answering the phones, taking and delivering messages and filing.
